WARNING: the maximum voltage applied on the clock input ckin MUST be 3.3V and CAN'T support 5V level.

Each input buffer (except the ckin input) has a pull-up of about 10 KOhm. Therefore, care must be especially taken for input pins that are active at '1'. This is particularly critical for the pin Nreset which must be at '0' during power on. If a pull-down resistor is used, its value must insure a maximal voltage of 0.8 V.
