RCUBE configuration

This register is designed to access the configuration port of the RCUBE router. This port is used to load the RCUBE routing tables. This initialization phase requires 258 write into the R3 Dout register. The R3 init bit has to be reset (maintained at 0) as long as the RCUBE is not configured. The complete RCUBE configuration space is detailed in the RCUBE specification. Actually, this port might be used to program any external component.
