On receiver

If the error occurs when the link is receiving data and sending them through the crossbar, the packet is truncated and an exceptional end of packet character EEP is added at the end of the outgoing packet. Its input fifo is reseted and the link cannot be allocated until a boot phase has been executed. Since the emission stops, the RCube serial link at the other end of the cable loses its calibration and therefore also enters a boot phase.
