Multiple driver prevention

Tri-state buses are used inside the crossbar. The tri-state gates commands come from registers. At power on, the contents of these crossbar command registers are set randomly. This can lead to short-circuits because of multiple drivers on buses. To prevent this, the commands of these tri-state gates are disabled when the signal nreset is active.

WARNING : When the chip is powered, the signal nreset must be active at low.
